The EU Community of Practice on Better Self & Co-regulation or known as CoP is the place to go and find out about current EU work on self and co-regulation. The CoP principles are referred to in the EU better regulation communication package of 2015 as a reference for "well designed non-regulatory  alternatives" to legislation as well as self and co-regulation in the regulatory toolbox. The CoP website will tell you a lot you need to know and when the next Plenary sessions are held in Brussels ....

The European Economic & Social Committee's (EESC)  one stop site includes links to reports, case study references  and the database on self and co-regulatory initiatives. The database is the only database which details many of the self and co-regulatory initiatives across various sectors and areas. This is searchable by product and service and lists over 128 current self and co-regulatory schemes in the EU.
